ARP 400-8520 Chrome Moly Hardened Washers with Chamfer - 2-Pack

These washers are precision-manufactured to ARP's exacting standards and are essential hardware for professional engine builds.

Key Features:

• Constructed from premium chrome moly steel for superior strength and durability
• Parallel-ground surfaces ensure even load distribution and proper fastener torque
• Heat-treated and hardened for maximum performance under extreme conditions
• I.D. (inside diameter) chamfer design prevents washer edge dig-in and stress concentration
• Black oxide finish provides corrosion resistance and professional appearance
• Precision tolerance manufacturing ensures consistent performance

ARP washers are designed to work in conjunction with ARP fasteners to achieve proper clamping force and prevent damage to cylinder head and block surfaces. The chamfered design is particularly important in high-stress applications where fastener preload and surface protection are critical. Each washer is individually inspected to meet ARP's quality standards, making them ideal for racing engines, high-performance street builds, and professional engine assembly.
