ARP 899-5520 Billet Aluminum Piston Ring Compressor Tool

The ARP 899-5520 is a precision-engineered piston ring compressor designed for professional engine builders and serious DIY mechanics. CNC-machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum tube stock, this tool features a true radius bore that perfectly matches the cylinder diameter, ensuring smooth piston installation without risk of ring damage.

Key Features:

• CNC-machined from aircraft-grade 6061-T6 billet aluminum for exceptional strength and durability
• True radius bore design provides superior ring compression compared to conventional tapered compressors
• Relieved bottom edge accommodates wire O-rings on pistons
• Type 3 hard anodized finish for long service life and corrosion resistance
• Bore size prominently engraved in large 3/4-inch numbers for quick identification
• Precision-matched to specific bore diameter for optimal fitment

This professional-grade ring compressor eliminates the frustration and potential damage associated with inferior tapered designs. The true radius construction allows rings to compress evenly and smoothly as the piston enters the cylinder bore, reducing installation time and preventing costly ring breakage.
