ARP 900-2200 Billet Aluminum Piston Ring Compressor

The ARP 900-2200 is a precision-engineered piston ring compressor designed for professional engine builders and serious enthusiasts. CNC-machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum tube material, this tool features a true radius bore design that provides superior piston installation compared to conventional tapered compressors.

Key Features:

• CNC-machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum for exceptional strength and precision
• True radius bore design matches piston diameter exactly for easier installation
• Relieved bottom edge accommodates wire O-rings without damage
• Type 3 hard anodized finish for long-lasting durability and wear resistance
• Bore size prominently engraved in 3/4-inch high numbers for quick identification
• Professional-grade construction widely acclaimed by engine builders

The true radius design ensures even compression of piston rings around the entire circumference, reducing the risk of ring damage during installation. The Type 3 anodizing provides a hard, durable surface that resists galling and wear even after repeated use. ARP offers these ring compressors in standard sizes ranging from 3.552 to 4.750 inches (SAE) and 75mm to 95.5mm (metric) to accommodate most performance and racing engine applications.
