Overall, I was extremely satisfied with Autoplicity. One item that I would like to see is when you send out your survey, I would have liked to have a link to the order that you are referring to in the email. Much like the email that I received from you that was the order receipt. It took me some research to determine which order I would be commenting on. I just order a lot through the internet and various companies so it gets complicated to determine. And lastly, I would like to thank you for asking for my opinion. It also keeps Autoplicity in my mind for future orders as a company with whom I like to do business.

After reading several negative reviews, I was suspicious of the low price offered by Autoplicity but decided to try them out anyway. Much to my surprise, the belt for my car shipped immediately and arrived 2 days later via ground shipping from half way across the country. I was very pleasantly surprised with the speed of service and got my parts for the lowest price on the internet. A+!

My initial review was 1 star because I ordered a Thule rooftop cargo box, but cancelled the order after Autoplicity called me about collecting extra money to ship the item after their website did not charge me enough for shipping. After my initial review Autoplicity offered to ship the item totally free since the issue was a flaw in their website. This was unexpected, above and beyond in my opinion. I have yet to receive the item but commend Autoplicity's customer service

Great prices for the parts I needed to replace on my SUV, a bit hard to reach customer service when I had a question about the order. When I finally did reach CS, question was answered without any issues, shipping costs seem a bit high.
