This is a great e-retailer. Best price and fast shipping. I ordered a bike rack. Their price was the lowest I could find, and it was drop shipped from the manufacturer the following day, and arrived in time for me to use it on the weekend. The one criticism I would have is the item description could have been better. I ordered this product and Wednesday in the morning and it was on my door step Thursday morning with regular shipping. The ordering process was super easy and the price was $35 cheaper than any other online retailer. The Rack is awesome, easy to assemble took me about 20 minutes by myself, put on my jeep hooked up the bikes and off I went, fantastic design, I highly recommend the Rola NV2 bike rack and highly recommend Autoplicity
