ARP 100-1203 Header Bolt Kit 12-Point 3/8-16 x 1.00 (12pc)

ARP's 100-1203 header bolt kit provides premium-grade fasteners designed specifically for exhaust header installation. This 12-piece kit features chrome moly bolts with black oxide coating and 12-point heads for reliable performance in high-heat applications.

Key Features:

• 12-point head design allows socket access in tight spaces near exhaust pipes
• Chrome moly construction with black oxide finish for corrosion resistance
• Rated at 170,000 psi tensile strength—significantly stronger than Grade 8 hardware
• Kit includes 12 bolts with premium-quality washers
• Precision manufactured threads prevent cross-threading during installation

ARP's header bolts are engineered to withstand extreme exhaust temperatures while maintaining clamping force. The compact 12-point head configuration provides better wrench engagement and allows installation where traditional hex heads won't fit. Each component is manufactured to exacting tolerances for consistent, leak-free header mounting. Ideal for performance engines, racing applications, and any installation requiring superior fastener strength and durability.
