36-Level Damping Adjustment

High-Performance Monotube Design

The Ksport Rally AR uses a high-pressure monotube shock design with oil and gas separated within the cylinder. Compared to twin-tube construction, the monotube dissipates heat faster and more evenly, allows for finer damping resolution, and significantly reduces the risk of aeration and cavitation — all critical advantages during sustained competition use. Large-diameter pistons provide added oil capacity for improved cooling efficiency. Per-application spring rates and shock valving are carefully matched to one another for consistent, reliable performance.

Lightweight, Corrosion-Resistant Construction

Adjustable Height Without Sacrificing Travel

Most applications feature an adjustable lower mount that allows ride height changes without reducing suspension travel — a significant advantage over coilover designs that compromise stroke when lowered. Depending on application, the system supports OEM ride height as well as lowering up to 3 inches from stock.

Pillowball Top Mounts & Camber Adjustment

On applicable fitments, front and rear pillowball top mounts preserve OEM suspension geometry while delivering a more direct, communicative steering feel. Ksport's patented upper pillowball mount design helps combat noise at low speeds while maintaining performance. On many applications, integrated camber adjustment is built into the pillowball mount, eliminating the need for a separate camber kit.

Important Note: Ride height range varies by application. Many — but not all — fitments support OEM height levels. Some rally sanctioning bodies have regulations regarding minimum ride height; verify compliance with your series rules before installation. Kits are built to order — allow 2–3 weeks for production and delivery.
