36-Way Adjustable Damping

At the core of the Kontrol Pro system is its 36-level damping adjustment, allowing precise fine-tuning for any driving style or surface condition. A key advantage of this system is that the damping adjustment alters compression and rebound simultaneously, making setup changes faster, easier, and more consistent — no need to adjust each circuit independently.

Monotube High-Pressure Design

The Kontrol Pro utilizes a monotube shock design in which oil and gas are separated within the cylinder. Compared to conventional twin-tube construction, the monotube design dissipates heat more quickly and evenly, enables finer damping adjustments, and significantly reduces aeration and cavitation — resulting in a more consistent, reliable ride quality under demanding conditions.

Pillowball Top Mounts Included

This kit includes pillowball upper mounts for applicable positions. Ksport's patented pillowball mount design allows the suspension to be installed and aligned to OEM geometry specifications while still delivering the improved steering feel and response associated with performance-grade mounts. On supported applications, the upper mounts also provide camber adjustment capability, eliminating the need for a separate camber correction kit. Select applications further offer independent camber and caster adjustability for maximum alignment precision.

Adjustable Lower Mounts for True Ride Height Adjustment

Unlike coilover designs that sacrifice suspension travel when lowering ride height, the Kontrol Pro features an adjustable lower mount that decouples ride height adjustment from shock and spring travel. Mounts, spring perches, locking collars, and other primary components are precision-machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum — delivering a lightweight, durable, and corrosion-resistant foundation. Steel shock bodies are zinc electroplated for additional protection against rust and the elements. Shock and strut valving on each unit is precisely matched to its corresponding spring rate for optimized ride quality and long-term reliability.
