Ksport CAC080-RR Road Racing Coilover System with Damping Adjustment - 36-Way

The Ksport Version RR (CAC080-RR) is a purpose-built road racing coilover system engineered for maximum on-track performance. Featuring aggressive spring rates and precision valving, this system delivers acute reaction and responsiveness demanded by competitive road racing applications. For race use only — not intended for street use.

Damping & Adjustment:

• 36 levels of damping adjustment allow precise fine-tuning of suspension behavior to suit track conditions and driving style
• Simultaneous compression and rebound adjustment simplifies setup and on-the-fly changes
• Stiffer spring rates and valving are specifically matched to each other for consistent, predictable handling
• 20–30mm shorter shock stroke compared to standard designs, optimized for the reduced body motion of race applications

Upper Mounts & Geometry:

• Pillow ball upper mounts available on select applications (front and rear) for direct, unfiltered driver feedback
• Pillow ball mounts help preserve OEM suspension geometry design intent
• Camber adjustment via pillow ball mount available on certain applications — no separate camber kit required
• Lightweight aluminum mounts throughout for reduced unsprung weight

Construction & Materials:

• Mounts and major structural components machined from 6061 billet aluminum — lightweight, durable, and corrosion resistant
• Steel shock body features zinc electroplating for rust and element resistance
• Adjustable lower mount design allows ride height changes without sacrificing suspension travel

Monotube Design:

• True monotube shock construction separates oil and gas within the cylinder for superior heat dissipation
• Finer damping adjustability compared to twin-tube designs
• Significantly reduced risk of aeration and cavitation for consistent damping performance under sustained high-load racing conditions

The Ksport CAC080-RR coilover system is a serious track tool built for drivers who demand uncompromising suspension performance. All valving is precisely matched to the installed springs for a balanced, reliable setup right out of the box.
