Ksport CHD230-AR Rally AR Spec Asphalt Rally Coilover System Damping - with 36-Way

The Ksport CHD230-AR Rally AR Spec Coilover System is purpose-built for asphalt rally racing and competition. Featuring an extended-stroke design with heavy-duty internals, this monotube coilover kit delivers the durability, precision, and adjustability demanded by serious competitors on paved rally stages.

36-Way Damping Adjustment:

With 36 individual levels of damping, drivers can precisely dial in suspension response to match track conditions and driving style. Compression and rebound are adjusted simultaneously from a single knob, streamlining setup changes between stages or testing sessions.

Key Features:

• Monotube high-pressure design — oil and gas are separated within the cylinder for superior heat dissipation, finer damping control, and significantly reduced risk of aeration and cavitation compared to twin-tube designs
• Large-diameter pistons inside the shock provide added oil capacity for increased cooling efficiency during sustained competition use
• Application-matched spring rates and valving — each kit is valved specifically to match the installed springs for optimized ride quality and long-term reliability
• Pillowball top mounts (on applicable fitments) — front and rear pillowball mounts preserve OEM suspension geometry while delivering a more direct, communicative feel; many applications include integrated camber adjustment, eliminating the need for a separate camber kit
• Adjustable lower mount — most applications feature an adjustable lower mount for ride height changes without sacrificing suspension travel
• 6061 billet aluminum construction — spring perches, locking collars, top mounts, and lower mounts are machined from T6-hardened 6061 aluminum for a lightweight, corrosion-resistant package
• Zinc-electroplated steel shock bodies — resists rust and protects against the elements; kit also includes an anti-rust paste packet for additional protection on key coilover contact points

Ride Height Range:

On many applications, this system supports ride heights at or near OEM level, with lowering potential of up to 3 inches below stock. Note that specific ride height range varies by application — competitors should verify compliance with their sanctioning body's minimum ride height requirements before competing.

The Ksport Rally AR Spec system represents a competition-grade upgrade over standard performance coilovers, combining race-proven monotube engineering with broad adjustability in a package designed to perform under the rigors of closed-course asphalt rally events.
