Ksport CAU095-AR Rally AR Spec Asphalt Rally Coilover Kit with Damping Adjustment - 36-Way

The Ksport Rally AR Spec Coilover System (CAU095-AR) is an asphalt rally-purpose-built suspension kit engineered for the demands of competitive rally racing on paved surfaces. Featuring an extended stroke and heavy-duty internal components, this system is built to withstand the rigors of high-speed competition while delivering precise, repeatable handling performance.

36-Level Damping Adjustment:

The coilover offers 36 individual damping settings that simultaneously adjust compression and rebound with a single input — eliminating the guesswork of separate adjustments and making on-event tuning fast and efficient.

Key Features:

• Extended Stroke Design — Increased suspension travel engineered specifically for asphalt rally competition
• Large Diameter Pistons — Greater oil capacity improves heat dissipation and cooling efficiency during sustained competition use
• Monotube Shock Construction — Oil and gas are separated within the cylinder for superior heat management, finer damping control, and reduced risk of aeration and cavitation compared to twin-tube designs
• 6061 Billet Aluminum Mounts and Components — Lightweight, durable, and corrosion resistant construction throughout the kit
• Zinc-Electroplated Steel Shock Body — Provides additional protection against rust and environmental exposure
• Application-Matched Valving — Spring rates and damping settings are carefully selected and matched per application for optimized ride quality and long-term reliability
• Pillow Ball Top Mounts (on select applications) — Preserves OEM suspension geometry while delivering a more direct, responsive feel for the driver; includes integrated camber adjustability where applicable, eliminating the need for a separate camber kit
• Adjustable Lower Mount (most applications) — Allows ride height adjustment without sacrificing suspension travel

Height Adjustment Note: Depending on the specific application, this coilover system can achieve OEM ride height or lower the vehicle up to 3 inches below OEM level. Competitors should verify their sanctioning body's ride height regulations prior to installation, as rules may vary by event or class.
