Ksport CAU050-AR Rally AR Spec Coilover System Damping Asphalt Rally Competition - 36-Way

The Ksport Rally AR Spec Coilover System (CAU050-AR) is engineered specifically for asphalt rally competition, featuring extended stroke, heavy-duty internals, and a refined monotube design built to endure the demands of competitive driving.

Key Features:

• 36 Levels of Damping Adjustment — Simultaneous compression and rebound adjustment in a single knob for quick, precise tuning on and off the stage
• Monotube Design — Oil and gas are fully separated within the cylinder, providing superior heat dissipation, finer damping sensitivity, and significantly reduced risk of aeration and cavitation compared to twin-tube designs
• Pillow Ball Top Mounts — Available on front and rear for select applications; preserves OEM suspension geometry while delivering a more direct, communicative feel for driver response
• Integrated Camber Adjustment — On applications with pillow ball top mounts, camber can be adjusted directly at the coilover, eliminating the need for a separate camber kit
• Adjustable Lower Mount — Most applications feature an adjustable lower mount design that allows ride height changes without sacrificing suspension travel
• 6061 Billet Aluminum Construction — Mounts and major components are machined from 6061 billet aluminum for a lightweight, durable, and corrosion-resistant assembly
• Zinc Electroplated Steel Shock Body — Provides reliable rust and corrosion resistance under harsh rally and weather conditions
• Valving Matched to Spring Rates — Each set is valved specifically to match the installed springs, ensuring consistent ride quality and long-term reliability

Height Adjustment Range: On most applications, the Ksport Rally AR Spec system can maintain OEM ride height or lower the vehicle up to 3 inches below OEM level. This is an important consideration for sanctioned rally competition, where ride height regulations may apply depending on the governing body.

The CAU050-AR is a purpose-built competition coilover system that balances aggressive performance tuning with real-world durability — ideal for drivers seeking a serious asphalt rally setup with track-proven components.
