Ksport CHD050-GT GT Pro Inverted Monotube Coilover Kit with Adjustable Damping - 55mm 36-Way

The Ksport GT Pro Damper System (CHD050-GT) represents the pinnacle of performance suspension engineering, built around an inverted 55mm monotube shock body design with 36-way adjustable damping and metal pillowball top mounts. Engineered for drivers who demand precision handling alongside daily drivability, this coilover system delivers uncompromising performance on both street and track.

Inverted Monotube Design Advantages:

• Inverted shock body positions the gas/oil chamber away from the knuckle and braking system, significantly reducing heat transfer to the damper
• Reduces unsprung weight compared to conventional shock designs, improving steering response and overall handling dynamics
• Monotube construction separates oil and gas within a single cylinder, dissipating heat more effectively than twin-tube designs
• Reduced risk of aeration and cavitation for consistent, fade-free damping performance
• Enables finer, more precise damping adjustments than twin-tube alternatives

36-Way Adjustable Damping:

• 36 individually selectable damping levels for precise ride and handling customization
• Single-knob adjustment controls compression and rebound simultaneously for quick, straightforward tuning
• Valving is precisely matched to the installed springs for optimal ride quality and long-term reliability

Pillowball Top Mounts:

• Metal pillowball top mounts front and rear (application-dependent) preserve factory suspension geometry
• Direct, solid connection between chassis and suspension delivers improved driver feedback and steering feel
• Integrated camber adjustability on applicable pillowball mounts — adjust camber directly at the coilover without a separate camber kit

Premium Construction and Materials:

• Mounts and major structural components machined from 6061 billet aluminum — lightweight, strong, and corrosion-resistant
• Steel shock body features an electroplated zinc coating for long-lasting rust and corrosion protection
• Adjustable spring perch and adjustable shock body allow for precise ride height tuning
• Adjustable lower mount design allows ride height changes without sacrificing suspension travel, unlike many competing coilover designs

The Ksport CHD050-GT GT Pro coilover system delivers race-derived suspension technology in a package suitable for enthusiast street driving, autocross, and track use. The combination of inverted monotube dampers, 36-way damping adjustment, pillowball top mounts, and premium aluminum construction makes this a top-tier choice in performance coilover kits.
