The Kontrol Pro features 36 individual damping positions, allowing precise fine-tuning across a wide range of driving conditions. The damping adjustment simultaneously controls compression and rebound, making setup changes straightforward and consistent.

Height adjustment is achieved via an adjustable lower mount rather than altering the shock/spring position. This design preserves full suspension travel at any ride height — a key advantage over many conventional coilover systems.

Oil and gas are separated within the cylinder, allowing the monotube design to dissipate heat faster and more evenly than twin-tube alternatives. This construction also enables finer damping adjustability and significantly reduces the risk of aeration and cavitation, resulting in a more consistent ride quality over time.

Pillowball upper mounts are included front and rear (on applicable configurations), allowing the suspension to be installed and aligned to OEM geometry specifications. On applicable models, the upper mounts also provide built-in camber adjustment, eliminating the need for a separate camber kit. Advanced mounts with independent camber and caster adjustment are available on select applications.

Spring perches, locking collars, top mounts, and lower mounts are machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum for a lightweight, durable, and corrosion-resistant build. Steel shock bodies are electroplated with zinc for added protection against rust and environmental exposure.

Each shock or strut is individually valved to match its corresponding spring rate, ensuring consistent and predictable ride quality across all four corners.
