Ksport CVW271-AR Rally AR Spec Coilover System Damping Asphalt Rally - 36-Way

The Ksport Rally AR Spec Coilover System (CVW271-AR) is an engineered competition suspension solution built specifically for asphalt rally racing. Featuring extended stroke, heavy-duty internals, and a 36-level damping adjustment system, this coilover kit delivers precise, repeatable handling for drivers who demand performance at every corner.

Key Features:

• 36 Levels of Damping Adjustment — Simultaneously adjusts compression and rebound with a single knob for fast, easy setup changes at the stage
• Monotube Design — Oil and gas are fully separated within the cylinder, delivering superior heat dissipation, finer damping resolution, and drastically reduced risk of aeration and cavitation compared to twin-tube designs
• Extended Stroke & Heavy-Duty Internals — Built to handle the rigors of competitive asphalt rally stages with reinforced components throughout
• Pillow Ball Top Mounts — Available on select front and rear applications; preserves OEM suspension geometry while providing a more direct, solid feel for enhanced driver feedback
• Integrated Camber Adjustment — Pillow ball top mounts on compatible applications allow camber to be set directly at the coilover, eliminating the need for a separate camber kit
• Adjustable Lower Mount — Ride height can be adjusted independently of suspension travel on most applications, so you never sacrifice suspension stroke when dialing in your stance
• 6061 Billet Aluminum Construction — Mounts and major components are machined from 6061 billet aluminum for a lightweight, durable, and corrosion-resistant assembly
• Zinc Electroplated Steel Shock Body — Provides long-term rust and corrosion resistance under harsh competitive conditions
• Valving Matched to Springs — Each kit is assembled with valving precisely calibrated to the installed spring rates for optimized ride quality and reliability straight out of the box

Ride Height: On many (but not all) applications, the CVW271-AR can achieve OEM ride height levels. Depending on the specific fitment, lowering of up to 3 inches below OEM is possible. Competitors should verify ride height rules with their sanctioning body prior to event registration.

The Ksport Rally AR Spec system is the choice for drivers who need a serious, adjustable suspension platform capable of surviving the demands of competitive asphalt rally while delivering consistent, tunable performance throughout an event.
