Ksport CHD020-AR Rally AR Spec Asphalt Rally Coilover System Damping - with 36-Way

The Ksport Rally AR Spec Coilover System (CHD020-AR) is an engineering-forward suspension solution built exclusively for asphalt rally competition. Featuring extended stroke travel and heavy-duty internals, this system is constructed to withstand the rigors of competitive motorsport while delivering precise, tunable handling characteristics.

Key Features:

• 36 Levels of Damping Adjustment — Simultaneous compression and rebound adjustment allows fast, easy fine-tuning for varying track conditions and driver preferences
• Monotube Design — Oil and gas are separated within the cylinder for superior heat dissipation, finer damping resolution, and reduced risk of aeration and cavitation compared to twin-tube designs
• Pillow Ball Top Mounts — Available on front and rear for select applications; preserves OEM suspension geometry while providing direct, responsive driver feedback
• Integrated Camber Adjustment — On applicable pillow ball top mount configurations, camber can be adjusted directly at the coilover, eliminating the need for a separate camber kit
• Adjustable Lower Mount — Height adjustment is achieved without sacrificing suspension travel, a common drawback of competing coilover designs
• 6061 Billet Aluminum Construction — Mounts and major components are machined from 6061 billet aluminum for a lightweight, durable, and corrosion-resistant build
• Zinc Electroplated Steel Shock Body — Provides additional rust and weather resistance for long-term durability in demanding rally environments
• Matched Spring and Valving — Each set is valved specifically to match the installed springs, ensuring optimized ride quality and reliability right out of the box

Ride Height Notes: Depending on application, this system may allow the vehicle to maintain OEM ride height or lower up to 3 inches from stock. This is an important consideration for sanctioned rally events where governing bodies may impose minimum ride height regulations.

The Ksport CHD020-AR Rally AR Spec system delivers the precision, durability, and adjustability demanded by serious asphalt rally competitors seeking a purpose-built coilover solution.
