Ksport CAU020-AR Rally AR Spec Coilover System Damping Asphalt Rally - 36-Way

The Ksport Rally AR Spec Coilover System (CAU020-AR) is an engineered competition suspension solution built specifically for asphalt rally racing. Featuring extended stroke and heavy-duty internals, this system delivers the rigidity, precision, and durability demanded by serious rally competitors.

Key Features:

• 36 Levels of Damping Adjustment — Simultaneous compression and rebound adjustment allows precise, fast tuning without the complexity of independent adjusters
• Monotube Design — Oil and gas are separated within a single cylinder, providing superior heat dissipation, finer damping control, and reduced risk of aeration and cavitation compared to twin-tube designs
• Pillow Ball Top Mounts — Available on front and rear for select applications; preserves OEM suspension geometry while delivering a more direct, communicative feel for driver feedback
• Integrated Camber Adjustment — Pillow ball top mounts on applicable fitments allow camber adjustment directly at the coilover, eliminating the need for a separate camber kit
• Adjustable Lower Mount — Height adjustment is achieved without sacrificing suspension travel, a key advantage over fixed-perch designs
• 6061 Billet Aluminum Construction — Mounts and major components are machined from 6061 billet aluminum for an optimal balance of light weight, strength, and corrosion resistance
• Zinc Electroplated Steel Shock Body — Protects against rust and harsh rally environments
• Matched Valving and Springs — Each system is valved specifically to the installed spring rates for consistent, predictable ride quality and long-term reliability
• Extended Stroke — Designed for the demands of rally competition, providing added wheel travel over standard performance coilovers

Ride Height Notes: On many applications, this system is capable of achieving OEM ride height. Depending on fitment, lowering of up to 3 inches from OEM level is possible. Competitors should verify ride height requirements with their sanctioning body, as many rally organizations enforce minimum ride height regulations.

The Ksport CAU020-AR Rally AR Spec system is a complete coilover assembly engineered to meet the demands of sanctioned asphalt rally competition, delivering the performance, adjustability, and durability required at the competitive level.
