Product Details

The Cusco 00D 270 AT11A is a bolt-on aluminum add-on bar designed to connect two points of a Cusco D1 or Safety 21 roll cage, adding structural reinforcement and promoting further chassis stiffening. Constructed from polished aluminum with a 40mm outer diameter, this pipe-to-pipe bar provides a lightweight yet rigid solution for expanding or reinforcing your existing roll cage setup.

Unlike weld-in options, the 00D 270 AT11A requires no welding for installation. A center turnbuckle adjustment system allows the bar to be dialed in precisely within its adjustable length range of 1030–1120mm (approximately 40.6–44.1 inches). The bar is secured with two bolts per side, making it easy to install or remove as needed. A wrench is included.

Key Features:

  • Polished aluminum construction — lightweight and corrosion-resistant
  • 40mm OD — matches Cusco D1 and Safety 21 roll cage tubing diameter
  • Adjustable length range: 1030–1120mm (40.6–44.1 in.) via center turnbuckle
  • Pipe-to-pipe mounting configuration
  • Fully bolt-on installation — no welding required
  • Two-bolt attachment per side for secure fitment and easy removal
  • Includes installation wrench
  • Compatible with Cusco 40mm OD roll cage systems

The Cusco 00D 270 AT11A aluminum add-on bar is an ideal upgrade for motorsport competitors and track day enthusiasts looking to add support and rigidity to their existing Cusco or Safety 21 roll cage without modifying the cage itself. Additional length variants are available for different cage spans.

Great price and good company to buy from!

I ordered CV axles from Autoplicity and had them in less than a week! Definitely the best prices for quality product on this item. Will be a return customer for sure!

I was apprehensiveness at first to make a major purchase with Autoplicity due to their extremely low price and lack of reviews. I decided to take the chance and I am very glad I did. I made my order on a Monday morning at 0900 eastern time and my product arrived on Wednesday at 3pm. The item was exactly as described and the most astonishing part is that my purchase was released from the factory less than 45 days ago. I was expecting a model that had been sitting on a shelf for the last year and needed to be updated. That was not the case. I will definitely order from Autoplicity again in the future.

Quick, efficient, professional
