Cusco 00D 270 AT11 Steel Bolt-On Add-On Bar Kit for Roll Cage 1030-1120mm

The Cusco 00D 270 AT11 is a bolt-on type steel add-on bar kit designed to connect two points of an existing Cusco Safety21 roll cage, promoting enhanced chassis stiffening and additional structural rigidity. Built for a 40mm OD roll cage, this pipe-to-pipe bar covers an adjustable length range of 1030–1120mm (approximately 40.6–44.1 inches).

Key Features:

• Bolt-On Installation: Mounts with two bolts per side — no welding required for installation
• Adjustable Length: Center turnbuckle allows length fine-tuning within the 1030–1120mm range to accommodate installation angle and position
• Versatile Positioning: Can be configured as a side bar or slant bar by adjusting the bracket angle and turnbuckle length
• 40mm OD Compatibility: Designed specifically for use with Cusco Safety21 40mm OD roll cage systems
• Steel Construction: Durable steel finish in black provides strength for track and motorsport use
• Chassis Rigidity: Adds measurable body stiffness between two cage connection points, improving structural performance

This add-on bar is intended strictly as a chassis stiffening component and should not be used as a safety harness bar or door bar. Required bar length may vary depending on installation position and angle — measure the inside distance between bars before ordering. This is part of Cusco's broader Safety21 roll cage accessory lineup, which includes diagonal bars, side bars, pads, and sun visors.
