Cusco 221 270 ES20 Safety21 6-Point Dash Escape Roll Cage

The Cusco 221 270 ES20 Safety21 is a 6-point, bolt-in roll cage featuring a dash escape (around-dash) front configuration that accommodates up to 4 passengers while retaining the rear seats. Engineered in Japan using Cusco's deep motorsport heritage, this cage delivers exceptional structural protection for street, track, and competition use.

Construction & Materials:

• Cold drawn seamless carbon steel tubing — 40mm outer diameter with 2mm wall thickness throughout
• Built from JIS grade STKM13C-SC steel, achieving a tensile strength of 510 N/mm² — exceeding the JAF regulation minimum of 350 N/mm²
• Mount plates rated at 60 cm² x 2.6mm thickness; reinforcement gussets at 120 cm² x 3.2mm for maximum joint stability
• Black powder coat finish

Design & Features:

• 6-point configuration providing front and rear structural protection
• Dash escape (around-dash) front bar design — routes around the dashboard without intrusion
• Retains rear passenger seating (4-passenger capacity)
• Compatible with sunroof-equipped vehicles
• Mounts positioned at key suspension points to maximize chassis rigidity
• Lightweight joint design developed from Cusco's competition roll cage program
• Each application independently designed and tested on actual vehicles for optimal fit and protection

Includes: All required bolts, nuts, and mounting plates for installation.

Important Notice: This roll cage is designed for off-highway competition use. Installation may affect street legality. Designed for right-hand drive (RHD) vehicles; modifications may be required for left-hand drive (LHD) applications.

Cusco's Safety21 roll cages are available in configurations ranging from 4-point to 13-point, each developed directly from feedback gathered during professional motorsport competition to deliver the best possible combination of driver protection and chassis stiffness.
