Cusco 311 265 F D1 Chromoly 7-Point Dash-Through Roll Cage

The Cusco 311 265 F is a D1 Series 7-point chromoly roll cage engineered for sport and competition use. Constructed from 40mm OD chromoly tubing finished in Cusco Blue, this cage delivers a significant weight savings compared to conventional mild steel cages while providing exceptional structural rigidity and driver protection. The dash-through (dash escape) design routes the front bars through the dashboard area for optimal cockpit geometry, and the 7-point layout adds a front-to-rear diagonal bar for increased torsional stiffness beyond a standard 6-point configuration.

Key Features:

• 7-Point configuration — front, rear, and diagonal bar for superior chassis rigidity
• 40mm OD chromoly tubing — approximately 33% lighter than conventional steel roll cages
• Dash-through (dash escape) bar routing — optimized front bar placement for driver ergonomics
• 2-passenger capacity — designed for driver and co-driver fitment
• Cusco Blue powder coat finish — race-inspired appearance with corrosion resistance
• Lightweight precision joints — engineered to maximize safety without adding unnecessary weight
• Designed by Cusco chassis engineers and validated through real-world motorsports competition

Cusco D1 roll cages are derived directly from the company's motorsports program, with designs proven across rally, circuit racing, time attack, and gymkhana disciplines. The cage also improves monocoque chassis stiffness, reducing flex during hard cornering for more predictable handling. Professional installation is recommended.
