Cusco 232 261 F D1 Series 7-Point Chromoly Roll Cage Around Dash

The Cusco 232 261 F is a D1 Series 7-point chromoly roll cage engineered for sport and competition use. Built from 40mm diameter, t=1.6 chromoly steel tubing, this cage delivers exceptional structural rigidity and driver protection while weighing approximately 33% less than conventional all-steel Safety 21 roll cages. The around-dash (escape dash) design routes the front legs around the dashboard, preserving driver ergonomics and entry/exit compared to thru-dash configurations. Installation requires removal of the rear seats.

Key Features:

• 7-point configuration with front and rear sections including a diagonal bar for maximum chassis triangulation
• 40mm OD chromoly tubing at 1.6mm wall thickness — high-strength, lightweight construction
• Approximately 33% lighter than equivalent all-steel Safety 21 cages
• Around-dash (escape dash) routing — front bars avoid the dashboard for improved cockpit access
• Eliminates rear seats — full-cage layout designed for 2-passenger competition use
• Cusco blue finish with lightweight engineered joints to minimize added weight
• Designed by Cusco chassis engineers and validated through real-world motorsport competition
• Improves monocoque chassis rigidity, reducing flex and improving handling response

Note: This is a D1 Series sport-use roll cage. Competitors should verify that this cage meets the specific regulations of their sanctioning body, as D1 chromoly cages may not satisfy all FIA or similar rulebook requirements.
