Product Details

The Cusco 164 561 A Brake Master Cylinder Stopper is a bolt-on brace engineered to eliminate unwanted flex in the brake master cylinder during hard braking. Under heavy braking loads, the firewall sheet metal where the brake master cylinder is mounted can flex significantly from the combination of hydraulic pressure and driver pedal force — resulting in a soft, imprecise brake pedal feel.

This stopper rigidly connects the back of the brake master cylinder to the suspension tower, effectively preventing that flex and delivering a firmer, more consistent pedal response. The result is improved brake feel and more confident stopping performance, whether paired with the factory brake system or upgraded aftermarket components.

Key Features:

  • Eliminates firewall flex at the brake master cylinder mount for improved pedal feel
  • Bolt-on installation — no cutting, welding, or fabrication required
  • Compatible with both stock and upgraded brake systems
  • Finished in signature Cusco blue powder coat
  • All necessary mounting hardware included
  • Installs in minutes with standard hand tools

The Cusco Brake Cylinder Stopper is a popular performance upgrade for drivers seeking sharper, more direct brake response. UPC: 4996338164919.

EZ PZ, This entire transaction went flawlessly, from ordering, to receiving on my doorstep, quicker than had anticipated. I just opened the box today, one day after receiving, just to make sure there was a battery in it. The only thing left to do is insta

Great price and good company to buy from!

Thank You

I ordered CV axles from Autoplicity and had them in less than a week! Definitely the best prices for quality product on this item. Will be a return customer for sure!

I was apprehensiveness at first to make a major purchase with Autoplicity due to their extremely low price and lack of reviews. I decided to take the chance and I am very glad I did. I made my order on a Monday morning at 0900 eastern time and my product arrived on Wednesday at 3pm. The item was exactly as described and the most astonishing part is that my purchase was released from the factory less than 45 days ago. I was expecting a model that had been sitting on a shelf for the last year and needed to be updated. That was not the case. I will definitely order from Autoplicity again in the future.

Very good price. Super quick delivery. Will def. buy from them again. Highley recomend them
