Cusco 104 475 A Front Lower Arm Bar Version I

The Cusco 104 475 A Front Lower Arm Bar Version I is a high-performance chassis brace designed to increase body and suspension rigidity by firmly connecting the left and right front lower arm mounting points. By reducing flex at the suspension's foundation, this lower arm bar delivers measurable improvements in steering response, traction, and overall handling precision.

Constructed from high-tension lightweight aluminum in a tubular oval-section profile, the bar is finished in an anti-corrosive coating to resist rust and withstand harsh under-vehicle conditions. The Version I (Type I) design uses a 2-point mounting configuration — a simple yet effective truss structure that, when used in combination with a strut tower bar, further stiffens the front suspension geometry and helps suppress alignment changes during cornering.

Key Features:

• High-tension lightweight aluminum construction with anti-corrosive finish
• Version I (Ver.1) — 2-point bolt-on design connecting left and right lower arm mounts
• Reduces body flex and suppresses suspension alignment changes
• Improves steering rigidity, throttle response, and traction
• Complements strut tower bars for a complete front chassis rigidity solution
• Bolt-on installation using standard hand tools — all required hardware included

The Cusco 104 475 A is an ideal chassis upgrade for performance driving and track use, providing a direct, no-cut installation that adds meaningful structural reinforcement without adding significant weight.
