The SPEC SA403H-2 Stage 2 Plus Clutch Kit is a high-performance street/strip upgrade engineered to bridge the gap between the Stage 2 and Stage 3 clutch systems. It delivers the smooth drivability and engagement quality of the Stage 2, while adding a 15–20% higher torque capacity — making it one of the most versatile options in the SPEC single-disc lineup. This kit is a complete redesign of the factory ratcheting pressure plate assembly, featuring a non-ratcheting billet pressure plate for use with the SPEC billet flywheel.

The disc uses a full-faced, multi-friction configuration with carbon semi-metallic material on one side and Kevlar on the other, delivering both grip and longevity across a wide range of driving conditions. The hub is double sprung with spring cover reliefs for flexibility, and all hub components are heat treated for long-term strength and durability.
