I had a great experience shopping at autoplicity

insufficient info presented. Before confirming payment needed to make sure part fit proper side. Info not provided had to call in waited ten minutes. Also when choosing paypal payment it wouldn't transfer. had to log off twice before final completion.

This is our second order from Autoplicity. The first one didn't go so well due to a mix up with the Sparco seat pricing. Though I was starting to question our decision to order from them after several emails and phone calls and online chats, they came through in the end. These guys earned our second order by honoring the price they had listed and then calling to follow up when our race seat was shipped. Since this group was able turn our bad experience into a positive one we made our second order and, so far, it looks like they are again getting us what we want at the best price we can find. We are happy to recommend Autoplicty and plan on using them for future orders. There is one specific thing we would recommend, change the quality and volume of the hold music on the 800 #. This was my first order with Autoplicity and I am very happy. They had the lowest price on-line that I found. Communication was great and shipping was very fast. I ordered late on Thursday and it was at my house the following Tuesday, and I didn't pay for rush shipping. I got exactly what I expected. Will do business with these guys again.

I received my Corsa exhaust for my Sequoia today; I had issues with Autoplicity with regard to the order/availability which once brought to their attention was rectified; in the end I had to wait a little longer than expected to receive my order but it was resolved and hopefully the management learned something from this experience.
