Blocks the power valve circuit

Power Valve Plug Gasket; Valve Thread 0.5 in.-28; Models 2300415041604500 Carbs;

Jet sizes must be increased to compensate for loss of fuel enrichment provided by the power valve. An increase of 6 to 8 sizes will usually be sufficient.

Racers sometimes prefer to race their cars without using a power valve. In this case the only way to properly block off the power valve circuit is with a power valve plug. Itll fit any Holley carburetor with 1/2 in. x 28 threads and comes with a new gasket.

Racers sometimes will prefer to run without a power valve. In these cases a power valve plug must be used to block the power valve circuit. Furthermore, jet sizes must be increased to compensate for loss of the fuel enrichment provided by the power valve. An increase of 6 to 8 jet sizes will, in most cases, be enough compensation. It is advisable, however, to read the spark plugs and verify proper jetting.
