Prothane 7-304 Pontiac Fiero Rear Control Arm Bushing Kit 1984-1987

The Prothane 7-304 is a rear C-arm (control arm) bushing kit engineered specifically for the 1984–1987 Pontiac Fiero. Manufactured from Prothane's proprietary polyurethane compound, these bushings replace the factory rubber units that deteriorate over time, causing loose, imprecise rear suspension feel and allowing alignment settings to drift.

Why Upgrade to Polyurethane?

OEM rubber bushings soften and deform with age, heat, and exposure to road chemicals. This deflection allows the rear control arms to shift under load, making it nearly impossible to hold consistent camber and toe settings. Prothane's polyurethane formulation delivers significantly greater compliance resistance, keeping the control arms precisely located through cornering, braking, and acceleration.

Key Features:

• Direct-fit replacement for 1984–1987 Pontiac Fiero rear C-arm bushings
• Manufactured from high-durometer polyurethane for superior durability over OEM rubber
• Resists petroleum products, road salt, ozone, and UV degradation
• Improved compliance resistance for more accurate alignment retention
• Helps maintain consistent camber and toe settings over time
• Includes Prothane's lifetime warranty against defects
• Complete kit includes all necessary bushings and grease for installation

The Prothane 7-304 is an ideal upgrade for Fiero owners looking to restore or sharpen rear suspension geometry, whether for street driving or track use. Installation uses standard hand tools and the included lubricant for a straightforward, press-in fitment.
