Sumitomo Encounter Highway All-Season Light Truck Tire

The Sumitomo Encounter HT2 Highway All-Season Light Truck Tire is built for SUV, CUV and pickup drivers who want year-round traction, toughness and a quiet highway ride. It builds on the performance of the earlier Encounter HT and adds an updated tread design for wet braking, dry handling and tread life.

Key Features:

• Wave-shaped lateral sipes: Help shorten braking distances on wet and dry pavement.
• Wide circumferential grooves: Channel water out of the tread to improve wet grip and resist hydroplaning.
• Optimized tread pattern: Improves dry handling and stability in all seasons.
• Smooth, curved shoulder grooves: Reduce road noise and vibration for a more comfortable ride.
• Reinforced construction: Twin steel belts help resist uneven wear and extend tread life. Strong sidewalls support load-carrying capacity and highway stability.
• All-season compound: Gives confident traction in wet conditions and light snow. It is not a severe-snow-rated (3PMS) tire.

This highway all-season light truck tire suits daily driving, commuting and highway towing or hauling. It is available in multiple sizes and load ratings, so choose the variant that matches your vehicle's requirements.
