Michelin Agribib Radial Agricultural Tractor Tire

The Michelin Agribib radial agricultural tractor tire is a high-performance R-1W radial farm tire. It is built for tractors that handle transport, soil preparation and field work. Michelin designed it to combine strong traction, long service life and load-carrying capacity. The same line is also known as the Agribib 2 tractor tire or ag radial tire.

Key Features:

• 45-degree lug angle: the tread pattern transfers tractive power to the ground for strong pulling power.
• Self-cleaning hinge design: the design between the lugs helps keep mud out of the tread, which supports traction in wet conditions.
• Deep tread lugs: deep R-1W lugs and a damage-resistant rubber compound are designed to reduce wear and extend tire life.
• Stubble protection: the angled lug sculpture helps deflect stalk strikes. Extra rubber between the lugs and along the center rib adds protection and helps the tread clean itself.
• Higher load capacity: the radial casing offers a higher load index than the previous-generation Agribib, which suits heavier modern tractors.
• Flexible sidewalls: a long footprint puts more lugs in contact with the soil. Low operating pressures help reduce soil compaction and improve flotation.
• CTIS compatible: the tire works with Central Tire Inflation Systems, so pressure can be adjusted from the cab.

Michelin invented the radial tire. The Agribib line applies that radial construction to agricultural use. It gives farmers a versatile tire for tractors from compact horsepower ranges up to high-horsepower machines running dual fitments.
