Wiseco Pistons ProX Titanium Exhaust Valve

The Wiseco Pistons ProX Titanium Exhaust Valve is a replacement titanium exhaust valve for four-stroke motorcycle and powersports engines. It is built for engine rebuilds and top-end refreshes. It suits riders who want OEM-fit performance with the heat resistance and low weight of titanium.

Key Features:

• Titanium construction: A high-temperature titanium alloy holds up well under the heat of the exhaust side of the combustion chamber.
• One-piece forged design: Forging the valve as a single piece adds strength and fatigue resistance.
• CrN coating: A chromium nitride coating adds surface hardness and wear resistance. It also reduces friction between the valve and guide, as well as heat.
• Precision manufacturing: Each valve is made to tight tolerances from high-grade material, for OEM-style fit and function.
• Lightweight: Titanium is lighter than steel, which reduces reciprocating mass in the valvetrain.

Use this valve when rebuilding a cylinder head, or when replacing worn or damaged exhaust valves. Pair it with matching valve springs, seals and guides as part of a complete valvetrain refresh. Select the correct part number from the options on this page.
