Manley Titanium Exhaust Valves are performance engine valves for high-performance and racing engines. They are made from titanium, so they weigh less than steel valves. Lower valvetrain weight can help the engine rev more freely and let the valve springs control the valves more easily.

• One-piece forged construction: Each valve is forged with grain flow. The head is not welded to the stem, which removes a potential weak point.
• Titanium alloy: Manley selects titanium alloys to balance hardness, ductility and fatigue strength at exhaust operating temperatures.
• Precision CNC machining: The valves are machined on CNC turning centers and ground on valve stem grinders to tight tolerances.
• Micro-polished finish: The polish removes potential stress risers and increases fatigue strength.
• Inserted hard tips: The tips resist wear from rocker arm or lifter contact.
• Keeper groove options: Depending on the part number, valves come with a conventional square groove or Manley's Bead Loc® groove. Some part numbers use a high-temperature material (HT suffix) or a CrN seat coating (C suffix).
