QA1 Precision Products fractured race spherical bearings (also called spherical plain bearings or heim joint bearings) are built for high-wear, increased-load applications. They are a commercial-grade bearing used in many industrial and performance markets, including suspension and linkage applications.

• 52100 bearing steel construction: The ball and race are both made from 52100 bearing steel for strength and wear resistance.
• Fractured race design: The steel is too strong for the race to be molded around the ball. The race is instead fractured slightly so the ball can be inserted.
• Corrosion protection: The ball and race both have a protective coating to resist corrosion.
• Hardened and ground surfaces: These help the ball and race conform fully, which promotes smooth operation and reduces localized stress.
• Sealed options: 2RS versions have two rubber seals. The seals keep dirt and debris out and help keep lubricant in.
