Installation Notes: Soak the friction plates in standard drive case oil for a few hours before installation to help prevent heat scorching. Check the driven (non-lined) steel plates for wear. Replace tired clutch springs whenever you rebuild a clutch. EBC does not recommend using this friction material with fully synthetic oil.
