Product Details

QA1 Precision Products carbon steel rod ends with a PTFE liner are self-lubricating rod end bearings for suspension, steering linkage and other high-load applications. They are also called heim joints or spherical rod ends. The line comes in inch sizes and in male and female thread styles. Right- and left-hand threads are offered, and stud configurations are available.

Key Features:

  • Self-lubricating PTFE liner: Reduces friction and wear and cuts down on routine lubrication.
  • Precision ball: 52100 bearing steel that is heat treated, precision ground and hard chrome plated.
  • Carbon steel body: Protective coated for corrosion resistance.
  • Two construction styles: The C Series uses a traditional two-piece design for a range of commercial applications. The K Series uses a three-piece design with a stainless steel race for high-load applications.
  • Thread options: Male or female, in right- or left-hand threads.
