Sachs Clutch Kit Plus

The Sachs Clutch Kit Plus line (also called a Kit Plus CSC complete clutch set or clutch replacement kit) is made by ZF Aftermarket. It gives you the main parts for a full clutch replacement, plus a concentric slave cylinder (CSC) where the application calls for one. Sachs is a well-known supplier of original-equipment clutches, and these kits bring that engineering to the aftermarket.

Key Features:

• Combines the clutch pressure plate and clutch disc with a concentric slave cylinder (CSC), so the wear parts are replaced together
• Includes special assembly grease for long-term clutch function after installation
• Replacing the CSC along with the clutch is recommended, because it wears like the clutch itself
• The CSC mounts directly on the transmission. It replaces the release fork and the bearing points that go with it, which helps reduce vibration and starting pops
• Supports safe, effective and quick clutch replacement

Sachs clutch kits are sold in several combinations. Some higher-spec kits also add a dual-mass flywheel. Matching the parts to each other helps restore smooth engagement and pedal feel, and it makes the job easier for professional installers and DIY enthusiasts.
