Russell Performance 663033 Aluminum Allen Head NPT Pipe Plug Endura Finish

The Russell Performance 663033 is a precision-machined aluminum NPT pipe plug designed to seal open ports and unused fittings in high-performance plumbing systems. Built from lightweight 6061-T6 aluminum, this plug delivers exceptional strength while keeping weight to a minimum — a critical consideration in race and performance applications.

The internal allen (hex socket) head design allows for easy installation and removal with a standard hex key, while providing a clean, low-profile appearance once seated. The plug features Russell's signature Endura finish, an ultra-bright surface treatment that simulates the look of polished stainless steel and resists corrosion over time.

Key Features:

• Precision-machined 6061-T6 aluminum construction for strength and durability
• Internal allen (hex socket) head for easy installation and a flush, clean appearance
• Endura finish — Russell's ultra-bright coating that mimics polished stainless steel
• NPT (National Pipe Taper) thread form for a secure, leak-free seal
• Reusable design for repeated use during maintenance or system reconfiguration
• Sold individually (1 per package)

Russell Performance pipe plugs are ideal for blocking unused ports on oil pans, intake manifolds, cylinder heads, fuel rails, and other components during custom plumbing builds or system upgrades. Pair with a quality thread sealant for a leak-free installation.
