Davies Craig DC-0482 Digital Thermatic Fan Switch Kit Gen 2 1/8 NPT Sensor

The Davies Craig DC-0482 Digital Thermatic Fan Switch Kit Gen 2 is a precision electronic cooling fan controller designed to automate electric radiator fans based on coolant temperature. This second-generation kit includes a 1/8 NPT threaded sensor, making it compatible with a wide range of radiators and inline fittings that use standard 1/8 NPT sensor ports.

The digital thermatic switch kit continuously monitors engine coolant temperature and automatically switches the electric cooling fan on and off at user-defined temperature thresholds. This helps maintain optimal engine operating temperature, reduces unnecessary fan noise, and improves fuel efficiency by only running the fan when needed.

Key Features:

• Second-generation digital controller with improved accuracy and reliability
• Includes 1/8 NPT temperature sensor for easy installation into radiators or coolant passages
• Adjustable turn-on and turn-off temperature settings
• Compatible with 12V electric cooling fans
• Digital display for real-time coolant temperature monitoring
• Solid-state relay for quiet, reliable fan switching
• Suitable for automotive, 4WD, performance, and custom cooling applications
• Compact, weatherproof controller housing

The Davies Craig DC-0482 is an ideal upgrade for any vehicle running an electric radiator fan, providing hands-free, automatic temperature management. Davies Craig is a globally recognized manufacturer of automotive cooling products based in Australia, known for their electric water pumps and fan control systems.
