The PureFlow AirDog II-5G DF-100-5G (A7SPBC260) is a 100 GPH diesel lift pump and fuel air separation system engineered for the 6.6L LML Duramax diesel engine. As the first diesel fuel air separation system to feature an integrated diaphragm fuel pressure regulator, the AirDog II-5G delivers an industry-leading combination of fuel cleanliness, pressure stability, and reliability.

This system mounts to the factory frame jig in front of the fuel tank for a clean, low-profile installation — no fuel tank modifications required. The suction side connects directly to the factory suction fitting in the fuel module, while the pressure side connects to the factory injection pump feed line on the frame. Air and vapor separated from the fuel are returned to the tank through a filler neck tee.

The AirDog II-5G features upgraded 5th-generation (5G) wiring throughout, including a 12-gauge harness from the battery to the motor's internal connections, a Metri-Pack 280 connector for increased current flow without excessive heat, and weather-pack connectors on all other harness connections to resist the elements.
