PureFlow AirDog A7SABC513 AirDog II-5G DF-165-5G Diesel Lift Pump Fuel Air Separation System

The PureFlow AirDog II-5G DF-165-5G (A7SABC513) is a premium diesel lift pump and fuel air separation system delivering 165 gallons per hour (GPH) of clean, air-free fuel to the injection system. Designed for stock to moderately modified diesel trucks, this system removes water, particulates, and entrained air from diesel fuel to protect the CP4 injection pump and maximize engine performance.

This frame-mounted system installs cleanly in front of the fuel tank. The suction side connects directly to the factory quick-disconnect fitting on the fuel module, while the pressure side ties into the factory injection pump feed line on the frame. Air and vapor separated from the fuel are returned to the tank through a filler neck tee. No fuel tank modifications are required.
