PureFlow AirDog A7SABC510 AirDog II-5G DF-165-5G Fuel Air Separation System

The PureFlow AirDog II-5G DF-165-5G is a high-performance fuel air separation (FAS) system engineered to deliver clean, air-free, vapor-free fuel to your diesel engine's injection system. Designed as a complete lift pump and filtration solution, this system removes entrained air, water, and contaminants from the fuel before they can reach your injectors — extending injector life and maximizing engine performance.

The AirDog II-5G features an upgraded 5th-generation design that improves upon previous AirDog systems with enhanced flow rates and more reliable fuel delivery. With a 165 GPH (gallons per hour) flow capacity, this unit is well-suited for performance and towing applications where consistent fuel supply is critical.

Key Features:

• 165 GPH flow rate for high-demand diesel applications
• Removes entrained air, water vapor, and contaminants from diesel fuel
• 5th-generation (5G) design with improved reliability and performance over previous generations
• Integrated fuel/water separator and particulate filter
• Maintains consistent fuel pressure to protect common-rail injectors
• Frame-mounted design with direct OEM fuel line integration
• Adjustable fuel pressure via external regulator
• Quiet, efficient operation with low amp draw

The AirDog II-5G fuel air separation system is a trusted upgrade for diesel owners looking to protect their fuel system investment, improve throttle response, and support modified or stock fuel systems under heavy load. Compatible with 2011–2014 Chevrolet/GMC Duramax diesel applications.
