PureFlow AirDog A4SPBC185 FP-100-4G Diesel Fuel Air Separation System

The PureFlow AirDog A4SPBC185 is the FP-100-4G Fuel Air Separation (FASS) system engineered specifically for the 2001–2010 Chevrolet and GMC Duramax diesel engine. Designed to dramatically improve fuel quality delivered to your injectors, this system removes entrained air, vapor, and water from diesel fuel before it reaches the high-pressure fuel circuit — protecting expensive injectors and improving overall engine performance.

The AirDog FP-100-4G delivers a rated flow of 100 gallons per hour (GPH), making it well-suited for stock to moderately modified Duramax applications. By supplying clean, air-free fuel at a consistent pressure and volume, it helps reduce injector wear, improve throttle response, and support more complete combustion for better fuel economy and reduced exhaust smoke.

Key Features:

• Rated fuel flow: 100 GPH — ideal for stock and lightly modified Duramax diesels
• Removes entrained air, vapor, and water from diesel fuel
• Extends fuel injector and injection pump life
• Improves throttle response and reduces hard starting
• Includes integrated fuel filter and air/water separator
• Direct-fit design for 2001–2010 Chevy/GMC Duramax diesel trucks
• Self-priming electric lift pump eliminates fuel starvation
• Serviceable filters for long-term, low-cost maintenance

The AirDog FP-100-4G (A4SPBC185) is a proven solution for Duramax diesel owners looking to protect their fuel system investment and maximize the reliability of their truck. All necessary hardware and instructions are included for a straightforward installation.
