Blackhawk 1602997S Ice Prey BW10 Studded Winter Passenger Tire

The Blackhawk Ice Prey BW10 Studded is a factory-studded winter tire engineered to deliver maximum traction on ice-covered and snow-packed roads. Built on the same proven BW10 platform, this studded variant comes pre-fitted with metal studs for aggressive ice bite right out of the box, making it an ideal choice for drivers in severe winter climates.

Key Features:

• Factory-Installed Metal Studs: Pre-studded for immediate, superior grip on hard-packed ice and snow without additional preparation.
• Directional V-Shaped Staggered Tread Blocks: Evacuate snow and slush through V-shaped channels, maintaining a clean contact patch for consistent traction.
• Multi-Directional 3D Siping: Creates additional biting edges that enhance grip and handling performance on snow, ice, and slush.
• Proprietary Winter Rubber Compound: Remains pliable in sub-freezing temperatures, promoting shorter braking distances and responsive handling in cold conditions.
• Three-Peak Mountain Snowflake (3PMSF) Certified: Meets industry standards for use in moderate to severe winter weather conditions.
• Black Sidewall (BSW): Clean, classic look with a durable blackwall sidewall finish.

The Ice Prey BW10 Studded is designed for passenger cars, sedans, coupes, CUVs, SUVs, and light trucks. It provides confident winter performance where studded tires are permitted by law, combining factory stud installation with an advanced directional tread design for all-around cold-weather capability.
