ACL Bearings 3B8532H-025 Race Series High-Performance Rod Bearings

The ACL Race Series 3B8532H-025 connecting rod bearings are engineered for high-performance and racing applications where stock bearings simply cannot keep up. ACL's Race Series bearings are manufactured to tighter tolerances than OEM specifications, providing superior oil film retention and enhanced load-bearing capacity under extreme operating conditions.

These bearings feature a 0.025mm undersize designation, making them suitable for engines with lightly reconditioned crankshafts. Produced using ACL's advanced tri-metal construction, they deliver exceptional wear resistance, conformability, and fatigue strength — critical properties in forced-induction, high-RPM, or nitrous-assisted builds.

Key Features:

• Race Series construction engineered for high-performance and competition use
• Tighter manufacturing tolerances than OEM bearings for improved oil clearance control
• Tri-metal overlay design for superior wear resistance and load capacity
• 0.025mm undersize to accommodate lightly reground crankshaft journals
• Enhanced fatigue strength to withstand extreme cylinder pressures
• Improved oil retention grooves for consistent lubrication under high-RPM conditions
• Direct OEM replacement dimensions for straightforward installation

ACL Bearings has been a trusted name in engine bearing manufacturing for decades, supplying both OEM and aftermarket performance markets worldwide. The Race Series line is a go-to choice for engine builders seeking a reliable, proven upgrade over standard replacement bearings.
