Product Details

The DeatschWerks FORD-FPHWK-HD Fuel Pump Hardwire Kit is a dedicated high-current wiring harness designed to deliver clean, direct power to your upgraded fuel pump. Factory Ford fuel pump wiring is often undersized for high-performance or high-flow fuel pump upgrades, causing voltage drop that robs pump performance. This hardwire kit eliminates that issue by routing power directly from the battery through a relay, ensuring your fuel pump receives full voltage at all times.

Key Features:

  • Direct battery-to-pump wiring eliminates factory wiring voltage drop
  • Includes relay, fuse, and all necessary wiring hardware for a complete installation
  • Designed specifically for Ford applications with plug-and-play compatibility
  • Heavy-duty wiring rated to handle the demands of high-flow fuel pump upgrades
  • Supports DeatschWerks high-performance in-tank fuel pump installations
  • Improves fuel pump efficiency and consistency under high-demand conditions

This hardwire kit is an essential companion when installing a DeatschWerks high-performance fuel pump in a Ford vehicle. By bypassing the restrictive OEM wiring, it ensures your fuel system upgrade delivers its full rated flow capacity, supporting boosted, naturally aspirated, and high-horsepower builds alike.

Liked everything except you kept changing shipping on me. Don’t need it fast. Best price I could find. Nice catalog, if all goes well on this order, will definitely return for other items.
