DeatschWerks 6-02-0522-O ORB to Hose Barb Adapter Fitting

The DeatschWerks 6-02-0522-O is an O-Ring Boss (ORB) to hose barb adapter fitting designed for use in high-performance fuel system builds. This precision-machined adapter allows you to connect standard hose barb fuel lines to components with ORB-threaded ports, making it an essential fitting for custom fuel delivery setups including fuel pumps, fuel rails, filters, and pressure regulators.

DeatschWerks fittings are engineered to maintain a leak-free seal under demanding fuel system pressures, and are fully compatible with gasoline, E85, and methanol fuels. The O-ring boss design provides a superior seal compared to traditional NPT fittings by using a face-sealing O-ring rather than a tapered thread, eliminating the risk of thread galling and ensuring consistent, reliable sealing.

Key Features:

• O-Ring Boss (ORB) male inlet for leak-free sealing
• Hose barb outlet for secure hose attachment
• Compatible with gasoline, E85, and methanol fuel blends
• Precision-machined construction for consistent fitment
• Ideal for custom and high-performance fuel system plumbing
• Part of the DeatschWerks fuel system accessories line

This adapter is a trusted component for enthusiasts and builders looking to build reliable, high-flow fuel systems using DeatschWerks pumps, injectors, and supporting hardware.
