EBC VR4155CHGR Floating Conversion Rotor - Chamfered & Grooved

The EBC VR4155CHGR is a high-performance floating conversion rotor designed to upgrade standard fixed brake setups to a fully floating disc configuration. Floating rotors allow the braking surface to expand and contract independently from the hat, dramatically reducing heat-induced warping and improving overall braking consistency under demanding conditions.

Key Features:

• Floating Design: Two-piece construction with an aluminum hat and floating iron rotor ring, allowing thermal expansion without distortion
• Chamfered & Grooved Surface: The CHGR finish features machined grooves and chamfered edges that continuously clean and deglaze brake pad surfaces for consistent bite
• High-Grade Iron Rotor Ring: Cast from premium grade iron for excellent thermal capacity and fade resistance
• Lightweight Aluminum Hat: Reduces unsprung weight compared to solid one-piece rotors, improving handling and suspension response
• Corrosion-Resistant Finish: Protective coating on the hat and non-swept surfaces for long-term durability
• Direct Bolt-On Fitment: Engineered as a conversion replacement to fit OEM mounting dimensions without additional modification

EBC Brakes is a globally recognized manufacturer of premium brake components, and the VR-series floating conversion rotors represent their commitment to delivering motorsport-derived technology for street and track use. The VR4155CHGR is an ideal upgrade for enthusiasts seeking improved braking performance, reduced brake fade, and longer rotor life over standard solid disc alternatives.
