EBC VR2074CHBL Floating Rotor Conversion Kit Chrome Blue Hardware

The EBC VR2074CHBL is part of EBC Brakes' premium Vee Rotor Floating Conversion series, designed to upgrade standard fixed-mount rotors to a high-performance floating rotor configuration. These conversion rotors feature a two-piece design that allows the rotor ring to float independently on the hat/bell, reducing heat transfer to the hub, minimizing thermal distortion, and improving overall braking consistency under demanding conditions.

Finished with chrome blue anodized hardware, the VR2074CHBL delivers an aggressive, motorsport-inspired appearance alongside genuine performance benefits. The floating design allows for lateral movement of the rotor face, which helps eliminate brake judder, reduces pad and rotor wear, and maintains a more even contact patch across the braking surface.

Key Features:

• Two-piece floating rotor conversion design for improved thermal management
• Chrome blue anodized bobbins/hardware for corrosion resistance and visual appeal
• Reduces heat transfer from rotor ring to hub and wheel bearing
• Minimizes brake judder and thermal warping under high-load braking
• Manufactured to EBC's strict quality and dimensional tolerances
• Compatible with OEM caliper and pad configurations for straightforward installation
• Ideal for performance street, track day, and competition use
