EBC OSX6392 Oversize Brake Rotor Upgrade Kit

The EBC OSX6392 is part of EBC Brakes' OSX Oversize Rotor Kit series, engineered to deliver a significant upgrade in braking performance over standard factory rotors. By increasing the rotor diameter beyond OEM specifications, this kit moves the braking surface further from the wheel hub, generating greater leverage and improved stopping power without requiring a full caliper or master cylinder upgrade.

Key Features:

• Oversize rotor design — larger diameter than stock provides enhanced braking torque and reduced stopping distances
• Includes adapter bracket — precision-machined mounting hardware allows the larger rotor to work with the existing caliper position
• EBC high-carbon steel construction — rotors are manufactured to EBC's exacting tolerances for consistent, fade-resistant performance
• Sport-drilled or slotted surface — promotes rapid gas and heat dissipation to maintain consistent bite under hard braking
• Direct-fit replacement — designed as a bolt-on upgrade with no cutting or permanent modification required
• Compatible with EBC brake pads — optimized to work alongside EBC's full range of sintered and organic compound pads

The EBC OSX6392 Oversize Rotor Kit is ideal for riders seeking a meaningful brake upgrade for sport, naked, or adventure motorcycles. The kit improves heat management, reduces brake fade, and delivers a more confident feel at the lever — making it a popular choice for both street and track use.
