EBC MD896X X-Series Fully Floating Front Motorcycle Brake Rotor 320mm

The EBC MD896X is a fully floating X-Series front motorcycle brake rotor engineered for sport and adventure bikes demanding superior braking performance. With a 320mm diameter and 6-bobbin full-circle profile, this rotor is a direct OEM size-for-size replacement built to a higher standard than stock.

Key Features:

• 100% British Made — hand-built by trained engineers using billet alloy center hubs and European mill-rolled, heat-treated, and tempered DB420 stainless steel rotor blades
• Patented SD-System™ (Square Drive) Rivets — square-sided rivets captured in square drive pockets allow the outer rotor blade to expand and contract freely under braking heat, eliminating rivet lock and preventing distortion
• True Fully Floating Design — offers greater inside-to-outside float tolerance for superior thermal expansion management and consistent brake feel
• Diamond Cross-Ground Finish — rotor blades are precision ground to an ultra-smooth flat finish for fast, even pad bed-in
• Mill Hard Stainless Steel Blades — high-friction rotor surface delivers maximum brake effect throughout the life of the rotor
• ABS Compatible — supplied with threaded holes and hardware to accept OEM ABS rings
• Diameter: 320mm
• Style: Full-Circle, Plain
• Number of Bobbins: 6
• Weight: 2.6 kg (approx. 5.7 lbs)

The EBC X-Series floating rotor is a proven upgrade over stock units, eliminating the brake vibration and rotor distortion caused by conventional circular rivet designs. Sold individually.
